1. Overview This website is operated by SetSeeker TCG. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website.
2. Eligibility By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under UK law.
3. Products & Card Condition All cards sold by SetSeeker TCG are graded using industry-standard criteria. Cards are listed as Near Mint (NM) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing. Please note that minor grading variance is inherent to the trading card hobby and does not constitute a defect. Our listings represent our honest, reasonable assessment of each card's condition.
4. Pricing & Availability All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Due to the fast-moving nature of TCG markets, stock levels can change rapidly. In the rare event that an item sells out after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
5. Orders & Payment We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors occur. Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched.
6. Shipping Orders are dispatched in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handover to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or third-party couriers once an item has been dispatched.
7. Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We operate a strict no-card-swapping policy. Any item returned must be the exact card originally dispatched by us. We reserve the right to refuse a return and report suspected fraud to the relevant authorities where we have reasonable grounds to believe a different card has been returned.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and graphics — is the property of SetSeeker TCG or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission. Pokémon and all related names are trademarks of Nintendo/Creatures Inc./GAME FREAK inc. SetSeeker TCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, SetSeeker TCG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
10. Your Rights as a UK Consumer Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
11. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
